Eating with Erica's 2nd Annual 'Friendsgiving' At American Cut

It's an annual thing. A friend's thing. Most commonly known as a "Friendsgiving", where individuals come together for a night of fun and well, giving. In this case, it was an amazing dinner held at Buckhead Atlanta's newest restaurant, American Cut hosted by Atlanta's renown food blogger, Eating With Erica.

Women from all backgrounds of media and blogging came together for a night of conversation, food and fun. Now I am not one to exaggerate, even though it's been known that I can be dramatic at times - but when I tell you about the course meals that we had, delicious is just an overrated statement.

From the simple caesar salad, shrimp, filet mignon, salmon to the mashed potatoes and spinach, my god. I was literally in food heaven.

The ambience was amazing, candle-lit, with our names on place cards as if we were exclusive Hollywood starlets. There were refreshing cranberry moscow mules (which were on the house, ALL NIGHT), and as I'm surrounded around these beautiful women in media, the only thing I can say was the night couldn't have been any better than this.

Eating with Erica is one of the most consistent and talented food bloggers that I know - and although many might not have made the cut to be invited to her annual "Friendsgiving" - if you were present, you know the night was nothing less than extraordinary.

The official sponsor of the night was Double Cross Vodka (@doublecrossvodka), which is a new brand looking to break into the Atlanta market, along with a plethora of other brands that also made it into our swag bags. Black Box Wine (@blackboxwine), Sephora (@sephora) hand masks, lipglosses, and other necessities that were "made to get you through the holidays" also made an appearance in my personal swag.

Overall, the night was filled with laughter, love and appreciation for each other as the moscow mules circulated our tables.

So let's say that this year's 2nd Annual 'Friendsgiving' hosted by Eating with Erica was a hole in one. Great food, great ambience and even greater swag, all surrounded around like-minded women who share the same love of food.

I look forward to the next and if you are looking to host your own annual 'Friendsgiving', I recommend you keep up with @EatingWithErica - she's definitely the one that can show you a thing or two.
