The Hell? Youtube Shuts Kendrick Lamar's TDE Channel Down

It looks like Kendrick Lamar's TDE Youtube channel has been shutdown. Which pisses me the hell off, but according to Karen Civil this is what happened:

Well, this is strange. It appears that YouTube, the leading video streaming site in the entire world, has terminated Top Dawg Entertainment’s official YouTube channel recently. TDE is the home to Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolboy Q, Ab-Soul, SZA, Isaiah Rashad and Jay Rock. When you visit their channel, a message comes up saying:

“Top Dawg Entertainment has been terminated because we received multiple third-party claims of copyright infringement regarding material the user posted.”

The news was first broken by HHNM, who speculates that this termination is a result of anongoing lawsuit by Italian photographer Giordano Cipriani. Mr. Cipriani sued Kendrick, TDE and Interscope for using unauthorized photos of his for the single artwork for “The Blacker The Berry,” which is clearly not ok. So, putting two and two together, the lawsuit from Cipriani could be one of many “third party claims of copyright infringement” that YouTube has received, causing them to shut down the channel.
